Carr Concrete Corporation began in 1974 as Marietta-Wilbert, Inc. of Marietta, OH. The original (and only) product was precast concrete burial vaults. From that humble beginning to our current ability to offer over 200 standard precast products and custom products, Carr has always had one simple goal:

To be your most reliable source for precast concrete products. Reliability to us means that whenever you purchase a product from us, you can be assured that you’re buying the best product in terms of quality, service and delivery.

Carr Concrete manufactures products in seven different marketing categories:

just west of Waverly, WV on the Ohio
River. We have Ohio River Dock
Access and are only 6 miles from
Interstate 77.

Carr Concrete stands on slightly over
100 acres of industrial site with three
production facilities, giving us over
65,000 square feet of under roof
manufacturing space.



In addition to our standard product line, Carr as the ability to manufacture a variety of custom products....Products that don't have a standard form. We can fabricate products up to 80,000 lbs. in a variety of shapes and sizes. Larger pieces can be produced if they can be delivered by barge.



Carr Concrete is certified by both the NPCA (National Precast Concrete Association) Plant Certification Program and the PCI (Prestressed/Precast Concrete Institute) Plant Certification Program.

Carr also incorporates an in house Quality Control program with several Quality control Managers.
