    Project was a multi-year replacement of a lock and dam. Consisting of a three (3)
    story precast architectural operations building, two (2) precast concrete hydraulic
    buildings and twenty-four precast post-tensioned guide wall beams, each weighing
    500 ton (1,000,000 lbs). Guide wall beams were all loaded from Carr's dock and
    barged on river to the project.
